What’s Eligible for Returns?
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, functions properly, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including the original box, packaging, and manufacturer tags (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is successfully received.
Return Processing:
Once your return is delivered to our distribution center, processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been received and the refund or resolution has been completed.
Warranty Claims:
If your item has a manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship, it may qualify for a warranty claim. Please contact our customer service team and provide the following information:

Clear photos of the item, including the defective area
Note: Warranty claims do not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or modifications.
For issues reported within 30 days of delivery, please contact our customer service team to request a return instead of a warranty claim.
Return & Refund Process
Free Return Shipping:
To make returns easier, we offer free return shipping for eligible customers within the contiguous United States for returns that do not require freight shipping.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
